Why your download has no player logo
On bilibili.com the player can show the Bilibili logo on top of the video. That logo is drawn by the web page, the same way the play button and the progress bar are. The video file Bilibili streams to the player does not contain it, and that file is what this site saves.

Player overlays
The logo, controls and danmaku you see in the web player sit on top of the video. They are not in the original stream, so they are not in your MP4. Danmaku can be saved separately as an ASS file.
02 · Stays in the file
Logos inside the picture
If the uploader added a logo or channel name while editing, or the video is a re-upload of a copy that already had one, the mark is part of every frame. Downloading cannot change that. Copies saved from the Bilibili app also carry a logo and the uploader ID.
03 · Your own clips

Why does the Bilibili app add a watermark when I save a video?
Saving or sharing from the Bilibili mobile app creates a new copy with the Bilibili logo and the uploader ID drawn into the picture. This site downloads the original stream from the web instead, which does not go through that step.
Is the downloaded MP4 the same quality as the player?
Yes. You get the same video and audio streams the player uses, at the qualities Bilibili offers for that video without signing in. They are merged into one MP4 without re-encoding.
Can I remove a logo the uploader put into the video?
Only if the clip is yours or you have the creator's permission. Watermark Studio can blur, pixelate or delogo one corner of a short clip. Hiding another creator's name or ID to repost their work breaks Bilibili's rules and usually copyright law.
